كان الشيخ سعيد رجلا صالحا يحب جيرانه وهم يحبونه ايضا وكان يمتلك بقرة حلوب وكل يوم بعد صلاة الفجر تحلبها زوجته ام الخير ويوزع الجزء الاكبر من لبنها على اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين وبعد ان تشرق الشمس يخرج ببقرته الى الحقل 

يعمل حتى تغرب الشمس لا يمنعه من عمله الا اداء الصلاة وعندما يعود الى بيته في المساء تحلب زوجته البقرة ويوزع من لبنها على اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين وذات يوم بعد صلاة الفجر شعر الشيخ سعيد بتعب شديد فجمع اولاده واوصاهم بالتصدق على اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين 

وحذرهم من البخل ثم لفظ انفاسه الاخيرة فحزن عليه الناس جميعا وظل اولاده بعد وفاته فترة يتصدقون من البان البقرة ولكنهم بعد ذلك قرروا ان يجعلوا لانفسهم النصيب الاكبر من اللبن ولكن والدتهم نهتهم عن ذلك فلم يسمعوا لها نتج عن ذلك حرمان عدد كبير 

من اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين من اللبن فحزنوا حزنا شديدا وخاصة عندما قرر الابناء منع اللبن نهائيا عنهم وقاموا ببيعه حتى يربحوا ارباحا كثيرا وذات ليلة تسلل لص الى منزلهم وسرق البقرة الحلوب وفي الصباح الباكر اسرع الابناء الى البقرة ليحلبوها ويبيعوا لبنها فلم يجدوها فصرخوا صراخا عاليا 

ذهب اللص الى السوق ليبيع البقرة فالتف حولها التجار يطلبون شراءها ولكن الاثمان التى قدموها لم يرض بها اللص ثم اقترب منه تاجر تبدو عليه علامات الوقار يسمى الحاج ايوب وظل يدقق النظر في البقرة ثم دفع للص الثمن الذى رضى به واشترى البقرة

ذهب التاجر الحاج ايوب بالبقرة الى منزل الشيخ سعيد فلما رأته ام الخير زوجة الشيخ سعيد رحبت به فقد كان صديقا للشيخ سعيد رحمه الله وهو الذى اشترى له هذه البقرة ولكنه لم يعلم بموته لظروف سفره

حكت ام الخير للحاج ايوب ما حدث من ابنائها فحزن حزنا شديدا وجمعهم واعلمهم انه سوف يرد لهم البقرة دون مقابل بشرط ان يخرجوا من االبانها مثلما كان يخرج والدهم فهو حق اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين فعاهدوه على الوفاء بالشرط 

وفي الصباح الباكر حلبت ام الخير البقرة وقام الابناء بتوزيع لبنها على اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين الذين دعوا للحاج ايوب بدوام الصحة ودعوا للشيخ سعيد بالرحمة والمغفرة وظل الابناء يوزعون من البان البقرة الحلوب على اليتامى والفقراء والمساكين كل صباح ومساء

Sheikh Saeed was a good man who loved his neighbors, and they also loved him. He owned a dairy cow, and every day after dawn prayer his wife, Umm al-Khair, milked it, and distributed the bulk of its milk to the orphans, the poor, and the needy. After the sun rose, he would bring his cow to the field.

He works until the sun goes down, nothing prevents him from his work except performing prayer. When he returns home in the evening, his wife milks the cow and distributes its milk to the orphans, the poor, and the needy. One day, after the dawn prayer, Sheikh Saeed felt very tired, so he gathered his children and instructed them to give alms to the orphans, the poor, and the needy.

He warned them against miserliness, then breathed his last, so all the people grieved for him, and his children remained after his death for a while giving alms from the cow’s milk, but after that they decided to make for themselves the largest share of milk, but their mother forbade them from that, so they did not listen to her. As a result, a large number were deprived.

From the orphans, the poor and the needy from the milk, they grieved greatly, especially when the children decided to forbid the milk completely from them and sold it in order to make a lot of profits. One night, a thief slipped into their house and stole the milking cow.

The thief went to the market to sell the cow, so the merchants gathered around it asking to buy it, but the prices they offered did not satisfy the thief. Then a dealer who showed signs of dignity approached him, called Hajj Ayoub. He kept looking closely at the cow, then paid the thief the price he was satisfied with and bought the cow.

The merchant, Hajj Ayoub, went with the cow to Sheikh Saeed’s house. When Umm Al-Khair saw him, Sheikh Saeed’s wife welcomed him. He was a friend of Sheikh Saeed, may God have mercy on him, and he was the one who bought him this cow, but he did not know of his death due to the circumstances of his travel

Umm Al-Khair told Haj Ayoub what happened to her sons, so he grieved greatly and gathered them together and told them that he would return the cow to them free of charge, on the condition that they leave the milk, as he used to remove their father, as it is the right of the orphans, the poor and the needy, so they promised him to fulfill the condition

In the early morning, Umm Al-Khair milked the cow, and the sons distributed her milk to the orphans, the poor, and the needy, who prayed for Haji Ayoub for good health and prayed for Sheikh Saeed for mercy and forgiveness. The sons kept distributing the milk of the cow to the orphans, the poor and the needy every morning and evening
