طريقة تلميع الباركيه – How to Polish Parquet Floors

أرضيات الباركيه بتدي شكل دافئ وأنيق لأي بيت، لكن علشان تفضل محافظة على لمعانها وجمالها لازم تتنضف وتتلمع بالطريقة الصح. يُفضّل تنظيف الباركيه أسبوعيًا لإزالة الأتربة، ويتعمله تلميع كل شهرين لأربع شهور حسب الاستخدام، علشان نحميه من الخدوش والبهتان.
Parquet floors add warmth and elegance to any home, but to maintain their shine and beauty, they must be cleaned and polished properly. It is recommended to clean parquet weekly to remove dust and polish it every two to four months depending on usage to protect it from scratches and dullness.

قبل استخدام الميه في التنظيف لازم نتأكد إن الأرضية عليها طبقة عازلة. ممكن نحط نقطة ميه صغيرة على جزء مخفي ونستنى شوية، لو الأرض امتصتها يبقى مينفعش نستخدم ميه لأنها مش متغطية بطبقة حماية.
Before using water, make sure the floor has a protective finish. Place a small drop of water on a hidden area and wait. If the floor absorbs it, avoid using water because it lacks a protective coating.

في حالة استخدام ملمعات جاهزة من السوق، لازم نختار النوع المناسب حسب طبقة الباركيه. الأرضيات البولي يوريثان يناسبها ملمع مائي، أما الأرضيات التانية يناسبها ملمع شمعي. لازم نجرب المنتج الأول على حتة صغيرة مخفية، ولو اللون متغيرش نبدأ نستخدمه على باقي الأرضية. التلميع بيكون بحركات دائرية خفيفة من جوه الغرفة لبرا، وبعد الانتهاء نسيب الأرضية تنشف 24 ساعة قبل المشي عليها، ويومين قبل رجوع الأثاث.
When using commercial polishes, choose the correct type according to the parquet finish. Polyurethane floors require water-based polish, while others may need wax-based polish. Always test on a hidden area first. Apply in gentle circular motions from the inside of the room outward. Allow the floor to dry for 24 hours before walking on it and 48 hours before replacing furniture.

ممكن كمان نستخدم محلول منزلي بسيط، زي خلط كوب خل أبيض مع معلقة أو اتنين زيت زيتون في زجاجة رش ونكملها بمياه مقطرة. بعد كنس الأرض كويس، نرش كمية بسيطة ونمسح بممسحة إسفنجية، وبعدين نجفف بقماشة ناعمة.
You can also use a simple homemade solution by mixing one cup of white vinegar with one or two tablespoons of olive oil in a spray bottle and filling it with distilled water. After sweeping thoroughly, spray lightly and mop with a sponge mop, then dry with a soft cloth.

تنظيف الباركيه لازم يتم بانتظام علشان نحافظ على لمعانه. أي سوائل تقع على الأرض لازم تتمسح فورًا. يُفضّل استخدام ممسحة رطبة قليلًا فقط أربع مرات في السنة لو الأرض نظيفة باستمرار، مع تجنب الإفراط في استخدام الميه أو المنظفات القوية.
Regular cleaning keeps parquet shiny. Spills should be wiped immediately. A slightly damp mop can be used only a few times per year if the floor is maintained regularly, avoiding excessive water or harsh cleaners.

الأرضيات المطلية بزيت ليها طريقة خاصة في التنظيف. بعد الكنس، بنستخدم منظف مخصص للأرضيات الزيتية، ولو فيه بقع نسيبه شوية قبل المسح. بعد التنظيف، ممكن نحط طبقة خفيفة زيت مخصص للباركيه ونسيبه ينشف ساعتين.
Oil-finished floors require special care. After sweeping, use a cleaner designed for oiled wood. Stubborn stains can be left with cleaner for a few minutes before wiping. A thin layer of special wood oil can be applied and left to dry for two hours.

أما الأرضيات المشمعة فهي حساسة جدًا للميه. لازم نقلل استخدام الميه لأقصى درجة، ونلمع بقماشة ناعمة. طبقة الشمع ممكن تتجدد مرة أو مرتين في السنة بعد إزالة القديمة بمادة مخصصة.
Wax-finished floors are very sensitive to water. Minimize water use and polish with a soft cloth. The wax layer can be renewed once or twice a year after removing the old layer with a suitable remover.

بهتان الباركيه بيحصل بسبب إهمال التنظيف، أو استخدام منظفات غلط، أو الإفراط في الميه، أو وجود خدوش من الأحذية أو الحيوانات الأليفة. كمان استخدام شمع غير مناسب فوق طبقة البولي يوريثان ممكن يسبب مظهر باهت.
Parquet dullness occurs due to poor cleaning habits, incorrect cleaning products, excessive water, or scratches from shoes and pets. Applying unsuitable wax over polyurethane can also create a cloudy appearance.

علشان نحافظ على الباركيه، لازم نستخدم المنتجات المناسبة حسب توصية الشركة المصنعة، ونتجنب الفرش الخشنة أو الممسحة البخار لأنها بتدخل رطوبة جوه الخشب وبتسبب انتفاخ أو تشقق. كمان يُفضّل نحط سجاد عند المداخل ونقص أظافر الحيوانات الأليفة باستمرار.
To maintain parquet floors, always follow manufacturer recommendations, avoid rough brushes and steam mops since they push moisture into the wood causing swelling or cracking. Place rugs at entrances and keep pet nails trimmed.

الباركيه نوع من الأرضيات الخشبية أصل اسمه فرنسي (parqueterie)، وظهر في القرن السابع عشر. بيتكون من قطع خشب صغيرة متجمعة في أشكال هندسية زي مربعات أو مثلثات أو معينات. بيتصنع من أخشاب صلبة زي البلوط أو القيقب أو الجوز، وبيتوفر بأحجام وسُمك مختلف حسب التصميم.
